Primary school physical education management: Profiles and predictors in Central Java

Effective management allows teachers to see and handle student learning problems. This study aimed determine the physical education of elementary school in Central Java its predictors. research is quantitative with data description correlation. Using purposive sampling, total number respondents was 50 at level Java. The processed using descriptive statistics, normality, subjects studied had a minimum teaching experience 1 year. Data collection techniques include instruments observation by teachers. included planning, implementation, evaluation management. questionnaire uses scale 1-4.
